You can get your order replaced only once without any extra charge and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the book/books back from you.
You can cancel your order online before the book has been shipped. You need to submit the cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order and in such a case your entire order amount after subtracting any bank charges/commissions on processing the payment etc, will be refunded. If you have paid for the order using Credit and Debit cards then the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once your order has been cancelled, it will take 8-10 working days to process the refund into your bank account. Please note that, working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays and other bank holidays. In case you have paid for the order using DD then you can notify us with an email or a phone call mentioning the account number in which you want your money to be refunded back. Any charges/bank commission/DD charges etc, as applicable, will be deducted from the amount of refund.

Processing
